Way too much whey!

THE byproduct of cheese making is whey.  Lots and lots of it.  One tasty use for it is in bread recipes.  So flavorful! Above you see loaves of English Muffin bread and dinner rolls.  Then when you’ve baked and baked,  drunk and drunk, stuck some in the freezer and still can’t use it all, you  send the rest to your grandson’s pigs.
